Great service. Tech was right on time. They made all arangements with insurance. Windsheild made my car look dirty.

After a very frustrating phone call to my insurance, who told me they couldn't replace my windshield for another 3 days, I decided to give this company a call. They had such wonderful reviews, I figured I'd give them a shot. I called to get an out of pocket quote and their price was significantly lower than the other places were offering! The woman was very helpful, and I explained my problem of not being able to see out of my windshield at all. She said she didn't have any appointments for that same day, but she would move some things around just to get me in. Incredible customer service. They were even early to come replace it. Very courteous, and respectful. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place for any future glass repair that we may need in the future.

Prime Auto Glass was professional and courteous! My company uses the Ford transits and while most auto glass places didn't have the item since the transits were fairly new; Prime Auto Glass was still able to get it for us! The installer was on time and worked relatively quick and within a couple of hours we had new windshield. So far it's holding up very well and after a year my windshield is doing dandy. Let's just hope the freeway gods won't chuck another pebble at it anytime soon! Overall, great service, fast and on time. We all hate to deal with our car maintenance, but companies like Prime Auto Glass just makes things smoother and easier on all of us! - Enjoy!

After reading the reviews and seeing 5 stars, I decided to use Prime Auto Glass. I was able to get them to come out to my residence and replace my auto glass. Jose was very courteous and very professional. The work was outstanding and done promptly. My insurance company wanted me to go thru Safelite Auto Glass. They tried to sell me wipers. Thank you Prime Auto Glass for your service & incentive program. Would Highly recommend you you this company. They handled all the Insurance paperwork. You get 5 stars from me.

Needed my window replaced and paying out of pocket. First, don't waste your looking for quotes and save the hassle--they had the best price. Second, you don't lose out on quality with that great price. The tech came (Jose), changed it, and was done quickly. I had it changed 2 years ago at a higher price with less quality glass and installation.

My window repair was easy to schedule, they came to where I was at for convenience and helped me throughthe process of filing the claim with my insurance. Great Service and more affordable than other places I called. Was HALF the cost of Safelife and much nicer!!! They came to my house, replaced the window and left. I was at work so I had to have my son take care of things and they gave me no issues with paying over the phone. Very easy to work with. Will highly recommend!
