The technicians went directly to my grandpa's house for the replacement, which was convenient. He is really pleased with how quickly they got it done and the quality of the work.

Fast and great service. They worked with my insurance company to get things done the next day. I thought it was going to be a hassle to replace my windshield because I would have to bring it into their shop but they sent a mobile unit out to my house and fixed it here which made it so convenient. I got quotes from about 5 different auto glass places, Prime came out on top. They returned my quote request quickly and gave me the grand total. I loved having a main contact immediately, not a faceless voice behind a computer screen. I forgot about my quotes and contacted Prime via Yelp Message again to verify my quote was still good even though a week had passed. They contacted me back and said yes, quote was still good, reiterated the total and I scheduled my appointment right then. The appt was going to have to take place at my work, Prime said no problem. I was told the Tech would call me on his way to my location. Perfect. The day of the install arrived, my appt was set between 8 and noon. Cool. The tech called me at 815, said he was 15 minutes away and verified directions with me, He was right on time, 838 am. He was professional, friendly and pleasant. I felt very comfortable leaving him with my vehicle and letting him do his job. Exactly 30 minutes after he arrived, he told me he was done, 908. The work looked great, I paid by check, easy. I am writing this the day after my install. It looks great and is solid. Recommend this company, they answered all my questions, no problems!

Great Service and more affordable than other places I called. Was HALF the cost of Safelife and much nicer!!! They came to my house, replaced the window and left. I was at work so I had to have my son take care of things and they gave me no issues with paying over the phone. Very easy to work with. Will highly recommend! Thank you for a good experience with my first windshield replacement.

Jose was very courteous and very professional. The work was outstanding and done promptly. My insurance company wanted me to go thru Safelite Auto Glass. They tried to sell me wipers. Very good! Appointment was made Thursday afternoon for friday morning between 8 and 12. At 720 I got a call asking if it would be ok if they came early. Arrived at 740, started at 745 and finished by 810.

Done and done! Called on Friday and now I have a new windshield! The installer was right on time, called in advance before they arrived and was professional. Overall, just very nice guys! They installed it at my work in 15 minutes. No mess, looks great and I am happy. It cost about $200 for an aftermarket windshield for my Toyota car. I found this company on Yelp and picked them because they looked the most legit with best reviews. Great choice on my part if I do say so myself!

Needed my window replaced and paying out of pocket. First, don't waste your looking for quotes and save the hassle--they had the best price. Second, you don't lose out on quality with that great price. The tech came (Jose), changed it, and was done quickly. I had it changed 2 years ago at a higher price with less quality glass and installation.
