After a very frustrating phone call to my insurance, who told me they couldn't replace my windshield for another 3 days, I decided to give this company a call. They had such wonderful reviews, I figured I'd give them a shot. I called to get an out of pocket quote and their price was significantly lower than the other places were offering! The woman was very helpful, and I explained my problem of not being able to see out of my windshield at all. She said she didn't have any appointments for that same day, but she would move some things around just to get me in. Incredible customer service. They were even early to come replace it. Very courteous, and respectful. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place for any future glass repair that we may need in the future.

Great Service and more affordable than other places I called. Was HALF the cost of Safelife and much nicer!!! They came to my house, replaced the window and left. I was at work so I had to have my son take care of things and they gave me no issues with paying over the phone. Very easy to work with. Will highly recommend! Thank you for a good experience with my first windshield replacement.

After reading the reviews and seeing 5 stars, I decided to use Prime Auto Glass. I was able to get them to come out to my residence and replace my auto glass. Jose was very courteous and very professional. The work was outstanding and done promptly. My insurance company wanted me to go thru Safelite Auto Glass. They tried to sell me wipers. Thank you Prime Auto Glass for your service & incentive program. Would Highly recommend you you this company. They handled all the Insurance paperwork. You get 5 stars from me.
